Your arrival at Gardeners Holiday Cottage

Check in is at 16:00 and please check out by 10:00

Parking and access is opposite Sewerby Hall entrance, identify it by the pebble driveway with laurel trees planted against a fence to the right.

To access the house use the wooden gate at the end of the car park and turn right continuing along the fenced path to reach the front door.

A key code can found by the front door. The code for this will be sent to you by email within a week of your visit.

Our bins are located at the bottom of the path near the car park. Please do not use our neighbours bins.

No electric or hybrid car charging without prior agreement and additional charge.

The welcome book contains useful contact numbers, appliance instructions and wi-fi details.

The central heating is controlled via the hive control panel in the living room. Turn the central dial to adjust up and down, no need to adjust any other settings on the panel or boiler itself. Please call me if you need any help. When leaving please set the temperature to 12 degrees. Thank you.

The house must be left clean and tidy as found on arrival. If you need cleaning materials during your stay there is a cloth and spray under each of the sinks for you to use.

Please do not use abrasive cleaners on the hob.

Pleaes do not remove the toiletries from the bathrooms, these are for your use during your stay and not to be taken home.

Please don't let the outside cushions get wet and put them away in the boxes provided once you've used them.

We kindly ask guests not to wear shoes in the house and not allow pets on the furniture without protection and they are not allowed on the beds. Please don’t wash your dog in the bath or shower, there is a hot and cold water shower at the front of the property which you can use, please ensure dogs are dry before allowing back into the property.

The house is no smoking or vaping inside. Guests may smoke outside. However cigarette butts must not be thrown in the garden and ashtrays must be cleaned out after use.

Please dispose of all rubbish in outside bins and make sure plates and cutlery are clean.

The house must be left clean and tidy, please strip the beds and gather used towels together in the barthroom.

Please turn lights and appliances off and when leaving please set the temp to 12 degrees.

Put all the outdoor cushions back in the storage boxes.

Return keys to lockbox as found on arrival.
